Individual Consultations

A session can include a personality analysis and answers to any questions you may have about your personal life which are taped and sent to you. They can take place in our office or over the phone. If you live outside of New Mexico, it will most likely be done over the phone.

If it is your first time speaking to José or Lena, send us clear, recent face and full body photos of yourself and family or friends if you have questions about them. Be sure to identify all the people in the photos and indicate the time and date of your appointment on the envelope. Make sure we receive the pictures before your session. It would benefit you to mentally prepare a list of questions you would like to ask.

EMDR

Eye movement desensitizing and reprocessing is an excellent method to clear emotional trauma and shock in a short time removing many psychological blocks that prevent you from living and working efficiently and productively. This work is based on the idea that the eye movements of REM sleep can be reproduced consciously along with certain target nervous conditions and memories. EMDR can take place in our office or over the phone.

You will be asked for a credit card number to be processed directly after your session or to send a check or money order to arrive before the appointment. If you come to our office, payment is acceptable at that time. Checks are payable to Pivotal Resources Inc.

The Power Path Coaching Program is a six month program designed to give you a solid structure and support system for making deep and permanent changes in your life. After analyzing an initial questionnaire, we will design a program to fit your personal needs through a combination of weekly work sessions either in-person or by phone, frequent e-mail support, homework and written materials, workbooks and audio tapes.

Your program will include the following areas as needed:

• A complete and in depth personality profile (if you already have one, we will go into greater depth)
  
• Clarification of your life task, mission or vocation
  
• Goal setting
  
• Work with the support positions, identifying who or what they are, working on filling the positions if vacant.
  
• Identifying and answering the Nine Universal questions.
  
• Identifying your most important needs and work on how to fulfill them.
• In depth work on your Dragons or Fear patterns: Self-Deprecation, Arrogance, Impatience, Martyrdom, Greed, Self Destructiveness, Stubbornness.
• Analysis of your family icon and identifying methods to go beyond it.
• Prosperity exercises
• Suggestions for improved health and well-being: mental, emotional, physical, spiritual
• Identification of your energy leaks and a plan for eliminating them
• Identification of your bids for power and how to succeed at them
• Identification of what energizes you
• Clarification of daily practices for personal self fulfillment
• EMDR therapy work if helpful for clearing trauma

Needs Assessment

Needs assessment interviews are conducted online with participants to establish the current individual and organizational state of affairs relative to program objectives; strict individual confidentiality is maintained. This helps to establish baselines for impact of the programs. Additional phone interviews can be conducted with group leaders to evaluate which models are the most beneficial to the group as a whole. 

Seminars

Models can be given for 1/2 or 1-3 day training seminars. They include participant manuals and a combination of lecture, discussion, role play, exercises, demonstration, slides, and video. We offer special group and organizational rates. 

Certification

Certification training is available to organizations and individuals that want to make Power Path knowledge and tools a part of their offerings to businesses, internal customers or colleagues.

The certification course ranges from a 1-3 day program depending on the length of each selected model. Organizational trainers learn how to teach Power Path tools and techniques specific to each seminar, including usage of accompanying manuals, videos and slides. Trainers also learn how to design and customize workshops and multi-contract training programs and how to market Power Path programs. Fees include on-going support and an option to order trainer's materials.

Off-Site Training

In addition to delivery at client's location, every year we offer specialized trainings combining one or more of the models right here in Santa Fe . For a truly distinctive experience, join us at a conference venue located in the heart of the historic district. Enjoy a mix of business and pleasure that will rejuvenate, rethink and re-energize your training programs, services and staff.

We also maintain a beautiful 800 acre wilderness retreat facility, Eagle Bear Retreat , in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains—an ideal off-site location for teams to learn and build strong working relationships and personal revitalization in the ponderosa and fir forests of northern New Mexico.
