Moving Beyond Fear
August 22-24, 2008
Eagle Bear Retreat • New Mexico
A 3-day experiential workshop using a shamanic approach to releasing fear patterns.
Fear takes many forms. It stops the energy flow and can cause depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, despair and an inability to move forward in life. Fear can trap you in old patterns for a long time and diminish your creative and authentic expression. This seminar takes a look at the different faces of fear, identifying your personal patterns and then through a variety of shamanic practices and experiences with the support of nature, you will move to understand, unwind, dissolve and release them. The end result is more power, clarity, balance and harmony.
No previous experience is necessary for this program however a basic understanding of shamanism is helpful. The weekend will be held at Eagle Bear Retreat, 2 hours NE of Santa Fe. Eagle Bear provides over 1000 acres of electromagnetic free wilderness as our outdoor classroom. Facilities are glorified camping with an outdoor kitchen, outhouses and hot showers. A 30-foot yurt provides the group meeting space for indoor lectures.
