Dear Friends,
The Super New Moon on Wednesday, September 8 at 4:31 AM MDT starts a new cycle of change. The change includes changing your view and perception in what prosperity and abundance mean in your life. You could shift off your current limiting beliefs regarding what you can and cannot have, what you can or cannot do. This is truly a day for asking and receiving but be careful what you ask for. Also be very careful with your communication during this time, as it will carry great weight. Beware of your reactions and think before you speak. This is a very volatile time where tempers could flare and people around you can react impatiently, with martyrdom or extreme judgment. Do not take ANYTHING personally and use this time as an opportunity for opening into more expansion rather than to pick a fight or prove yourself right.
Blessings,
Lena

New Moon in Virgo 15º, Wed. Sept 8, 4:31 AM MDT Virgo is such a practical sign, it's easy to get motivated to get organized, clean out our offices and work spaces, put some much needed order in our lives to make the flow more efficient, and make those phone calls and do those errands that will move things forward. And with Mercury retrograde from Aug. 20-Sept 13 there have been endless snafus with travels, computers, telephones, missed connections, misunderstandings, changed plans, being challenged where you're not proficient, you name it! We could write a book! Virgo helps us narrow our focus to the mundane, improve our routines, lean towards moderation, and bring order to areas where we have created chaos for ourselves. The retrograde action helps us let go of mental habit patterns and old ideas and beliefs especially in the areas of thinking, speaking listening, and writing.

Dear Friends,
Full moon is Tuesday, August 24 at 11:05 AM Mountain Daylight Time. Think "expansion and opportunity". It is easy to get lost in the battle between convention and innovation. Guess what? Innovation will win this time around. It may take awhile but if you want to be on the winning side, move away from convention and towards innovation. So take stock of what is new and different in your life. Celebrate the innovation, expansion and tremendous opportunity of these times. Do something you have seriously never ever done before in your life and see how it feels. Give yourself a present, not from obligation but from a place of true generosity and because you value who you are.
The second and very important aspect of this full moon time is to hold the line of any boundary you have recently put down around a major decision, change or intention. Recents insights and inspirations behind the choices were a long time brewing so honor them with a commitment to see them through.
Blessings,
Lena

Sun in Virgo 1º- Pisces Full Moon 1º Tues, Aug 24, 2010 11:05 AM MDT Our most prominent heavenly bodies, the Sun and the Moon are illuminating the themes of adaptation and surrender. Entering the sign of Virgo on Sunday, Aug 22, the Sun will catalyze our growing beyond the confines of the routines of our daily lives - routines of the day, of our emotional responses, of our engrained thinking, speaking, moving. We are adapting to new circumstances in our lives. The economy, culture, and work place and our relationships reflect the need for rapid adaptation, and though wrenching like growing pains, we're doing it! Virgo is the sign that governs the development of new skills. Have you tried to master a new form of digital technology lately? Of course you have! You can't communicate with your posse or do your banking or even share a photo of your dog without mastering new skills. It's not a time to be left behind.

Dear Friends, New Moon is Monday, August 9 at 9:08 PM Mountain Daylight Time. This is a pressure point like the overstuffed closet shelf breaking or the junk drawer falling out. Pay attention to where friction is showing up and where pressure is pushing to break through. You can help this process along by doing a breathing exercise where you inhale new fresh higher vibration energy, neutrality and light, and exhale old stale belief systems, limitations, judgments and attachments. Do this for 15 minutes and you will sense a shift. It may bring stuff up to deal with but at least things will be moving. Do this in your wheel and work with the one stone if you need to dislodge a stuck place.
Blessings,
Lena Stevens

New Moon in Leo at 17º, SuperMoon* Monday, August 9, 2010, 9:08 PM MDT

Dear Friends, Full Moon is Sunday July 25 at 7:37 PM Mountain Daylight Time. The container from which you operate your daily life is being stretched and worked, and you are being asked by spirit to step up to the plate. This is the time of giving birth to a new way of being, and as in real birth, there is no going back. If you are in crisis, step up to the plate. Be honest, tell the truth, enjoy the ride, do something today that marks a new power in you. Say yes to something spontaneous and leave some room for spirit to bring you an unexpected gift. Blessings, Lena Astrological Notes: Written by Patricia Liles, reach her at PATLILES@aol.com Sun in Leo, Full Moon in Aquarius 2º Sunday, July 25, 2010 7:38 PM MDT Full Moon says open your heart for a Moon bath, go into the night time and let feeling flow and move through you both to wash your heart of what it has been holding and to fully expand into the emotional, receptive state that the night holds.
The Full Moon is almost secondary to the bigger drama being played out by the major T-Square formation created by Saturn, Uranus and Pluto that started forming in Nov. 2008 and has been creating big changes all around, internally and externally ever since. We’ve been through a large astrological portal with the Summer Solstice, followed closely by the lunar then solar eclipses with the T-Square as a backdrop. But currently, almost every other day provides a new ratcheting up and emphasis of the T-Square formation as the faster traveling, more personal planets jockey for position to also add their weight to the configuration.

Dear Friends,
New Moon with a total solar eclipse (not visible in North America) is Sunday, July 11 at 1:40 PM Mountain Daylight Time. If there is a crisis in your life, look for the opportunity and make some decisions. Stay away from places, people and situations that are not energetically clean if possible. Spend some time with yourself and with spirit. If fatigued, join the club and take a nap. Ask for help, ask for clarity, and ask for power, strength and courage. Be with yourself, nature and the elements. Appreciate all the opportunities you have at every turn on the road of life. Be grateful, grateful, grateful and look to the beauty on the planet to keep you inspired and looking to the future.
Blessings,
Lena

New Moon in Cancer 19º Total Solar Eclipse Sunday, July 11, 1:41 PM MDT
Sun and Moon align perfectly with the Earth in the sign of Cancer for this total solar eclipse providing the planet with an opportunity to leap forward with tremendous catalyzing energy. This whole period between the partial lunar eclipse of June 26 and now has held potential for reaching higher, going deeper and opening wider in all our intentions. We are in such a rarified period this summer astrologically. Can you feel it? First, the Summer Solstice Grand Cross alignment, now the eclipse window, then the intensification of the collective pattern of the Saturn-Uranus-Pluto T-Square by the personal planets including fiery, action-oriented Mars changing signs and aligning with Saturn and expansive, take-it-over-the-top Jupiter aligning with let's-make-a-big-change-now Uranus in the last days of July and early August. Our bodies and energy levels are struggling to keep up. There are whole days where your usual, relied upon capabilities of body, mind, and spirit are just somewhere else taking on the task of creating new networks that can hold more, create in more efficient, instantaneous ways, and open to information from a more planetary, global source.

Dear Friends,
Full Moon with a partial lunar eclipse is Saturday, June 26th at 5:31 AM MDT. This is an incredible time just on the heels of the summer solstice, a time when things can really come together or they can really come apart. Both could be manifest in yourself and the world at large. Look for big shakeups, big events, big news, big change. Stay out of judgment and honor the cycle of creativity and destruction without worrying too much about which one happens to be showing up first. Decide what your life will be from here on in. This is definitely a day to spend some time reviewing, acknowledging and accepting what is happening in your life. It is also a day to be spending with people you really want to be with.
Blessings,

Full Moon in Capricorn, Sun in Cancer 4º June 26, 2010 5:31 AM MDT Partial Lunar Eclipse
It's as if we have been holding our breaths waiting for the planets to reach this powerful alignment of sacred geometry called by many names, Cardinal Cross, Grand Cross, Grand Square. Regardless of what you call it, it represents an almost unprecedented alignment of planets at 90º, right angles, filling all four corners of a large, square pattern imposed on the zodiac circle. The planets align in the early degrees of the cardinal signs, Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn known for their love to initiate change and not always in a predictable manner. It can easily be classified as one of the most powerful astrological configurations of 2010. If anywhere in your personal chart you have planets at these early degrees of cardinal signs, you will be feeling yourself touched by the hand of evolutionary change. Major forces of change are at work here.

Dear Friends,
New Moon is Saturday, June 12 at 5:15AM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). This is a time frame for paying attention to the details that are needed to hold your intentions and expansive dreams together. The batter has to have a pan, the right oven temperature and someone watching the time in order to come out with a cake. The batter is your creative, inspired energy. The pan is your foundation or container. The right oven temperature and watching the time is your attention to detail. You may find yourself needing to say no to some social event because you have other responsibilities. Be practical but also ask for magic as it is very available right now!
Blessings,
Lena Stevens

New Moon Gemini Sun and Moon at 21º Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 5:15 AM MDT
Fleet-footed Mercury rules this New Moon period with every aspect of exchange highlighted. Mercury is The Messenger and air is its element. We want to connect to others, communicate our thoughts, get the latest information, zip around from place to place, get ten things going at once. We want variety, stimulation, diversity, choices. The mind is accentuated and is actively seeking, curious, analyzing, synthesizing, re-orienting, distributing. Intellectually centered without a doubt. A Gemini influence tends to be optimistic and hopeful. Because the sign of the Twins welcomes change as a blessing and trusts the process of evolution and growth, it brings an attitude of flexibility and acceptance in the face of personal challenges. The negative pole of this mutable air sign, usually so objective in attitude, might find you nervous, over-amped, ahead of yourself, inflexible, argumentative and defensive. With too many things going on you might find the energy starts to disintegrate as you lose your focus and forget where you're headed.

Dear Friends,
Full Moon is Thursday, May 27th at 5:08 PM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). This moon is powerful and expansive and a perfect time to set up for the energies coming in next month. Focus on this expansive quality and ask what can be more expanded in your own life. Perhaps it is the way you perceive, or your finances or your connections with others. Use the fullness of the moon to imprint you with the ability to expand into the next level of functioning and the next level of creativity. Since we are going into a cycle of expansion, it is crucial to know exactly what you wish to expand, otherwise you may end up expanding what you don't want. This is potentially a very prosperous and creative time.
Blessings,
Lena

Full Moon in Sagittarius; Sun in Gemini Thursday, May 27, 2010 at 5:08 PM MDT
The Moon is again fully expanded in opposition to the Sun at its maximum of separation, tension, awareness and externalization. The Sun has moved into the mentally agile sign of Gemini while the Moon is expressing through the themes and archetypes of Sagittarius. We experience the mutable air qualities of Gemini in polarity to the mutable fire of Sagittarius. Ruled by the neutral messenger planet, Mercury, Gemini represents the concrete mind of thinking, speaking, writing, moving locally, creating exchange of information and communication, and generating and supporting relationship in the personal realms. Air connects us. Sagittarius, under the influence of Jupiter, takes the concrete mind and expands the mental into abstract mind that functions in the social realms.

The opportunity here is to increase your ability to ground high levels of creative energy (that may feel a bit chaotic) into organized form in order to actually manifest what you want.

Full Moon in Scorpio 8º, 6:20 AM MST
Sun in Taurus Wednesday, April 28, 2010
When earthy, feminine Taurus aligns with powerful, fearless Scorpio, the Goddesses are afoot. Think Pele, Kali, Durga, Hecate for Scorpio, and Venus and Aphrodite for Taurus. With deep roots in the ancient mystery schools, these are our feminine power signs just as Leo/Aquarius embody the masculine power signs. These are powerful times and this is always a powerful Full Moon.

Dear Friends,
New Moon is Wednesday, April 14 at 6:29AM MDT (Mountain Daylight Time) Re-focus on your creativity and imagination and what you are birthing or desiring to manifest for yourself. The new moon is always a good time to plant seeds, to honor what has died and to appreciate the rich compost created by your personal past history. New moon will often bring a still point, like an engine winding down or a computer shutting off. When you re-boot, re-start and re-focus, it is important that you listen only to yourself and to spirit. Regardless of any drama taking place "Out There", you can find a still point, a place of security and peace inside of you. Honor that you know who you are, and you know what you want. Do not take others reactions to your ideas or desires personally. Spirit has no judgment, so talk to spirit when you need to share. During this new moon time and preferably as close to the new moon time as possible spend some quiet alone time just with yourself and spirit.
Think of it as a re-set time.
Blessings, Lena

New Moon in Aries 24º Wed. April 14, 6:29 AM MDT
Take your cue from nature; she is ecstatic in display that comes from bursting forth in color, new growth and renewal! Aries, first sign of the zodiac, masculine and initiating with its fiery ruler Mars, radiates enthusiasm, initiative, vitality and courage for beginning anew. And like the Spring Equinox, Aries New Moon calls us to release the energy gathered into our core in the dark of winter and spend it where we feel most alive, unrestrained and full of Self.
You might be glad to know this New Moon has none of the heavy intensity of Pluto aspects to Sun/Moon prominent in the Full Moon two weeks ago. So many felt pushed to their limits under that weekend influence. This New Moon chart is notable for a lack of almost any primary aspects. Much is going on but is more subtle, preparatory and behind the scenes.
