    Rewilding: Discovering Our True Wildness

“Be someone who transitions well. Accept it. Integrate it. Look for the opportunity in it. It is not other than you, rather it is also you.”              ~ From last month’s article.   Recently I was returning from a two-week vacation in Thailand with my wife Lena. While the trip itself was worth it the return…

In other words, just about every way possible. Some of us don’t handle transitions well, finding them frightening, exhausting, trying, and challenging. Some of us find them…

    Can we live without CRISIS?

Since one of the main themes of these times is crisis I thought it would be useful to dive into the topic just to crack it open a bit for greater understanding. Perhaps we need not run from every crisis but can find ways to experience it without resistance.   The simple definition of a…

The Mystic Path and the Shamanic Path: Are they the same?

Believe it or not there is much controversy in academic circles about the differences and similarities of the mystic path and the shamanic path. While there is no right answer, here we will look at these similarities and differences. We do not know how old each of them are, but evidence suggests that the shamanic…

    How To Stabilize Yourself

One of the greatest repercussions of the grand transition the human race is undergoing right now is destabilization. Mass Shootings in Schools

Once again, the USA is reeling from another mass shooting of children and teachers in a school setting. People are enraged that nothing has been done by lawmakers to meaningfully reduce the slaughter and many feel hopeless that anything will be done given the power of the weapons industry in the United States and the…

Erasing Fear – the Denial of Spirit

In early May of 2022 I flew to the Amazon in Peru to lead a dieta, a plant diet supervised by the Shipibo people of the upper Amazon who are famous for their knowledge of plants, the songs of the plants, and their powers to transform us. This was perhaps my thirty-third diet over the…

All About Assumptions: The enormity of their impact

Praise for Jose Stevens’ Articles

First of all, thank you so very much for all of your teachings, healings, support, writing, all of which I have come to rely upon over the years. I feel as if I know you on a very deep level.  Although I had one private session with Jose, a few years ago via phone regarding the personessence program, I look forward to meeting you both in person one day.

In the meantime, the recent article by you Jose, on being “Spiritual beings walking a human path“, resonated so very deeply. I have been listening to recent teachings by the institute of noetic science, and one of their teachers shared his power points with our community, saying we are free to share with others.

This understanding aligns so beautifully with the article you just wrote, at least from my non-physics-based perspective. I was curious if you felt similarly.

Again, thank you so very much for being on the leading edge and holding the space for us with your monthly and annual forecasts and monthly support as well as your regular healings and teachings. You are a major part of my world, and a very important sustaining support system ,especially as we navigate these most interesting of times.

With deepest thanks and appreciation to you and for all that is,

“Good morning,

I appreciated the recent blog post by José Stevens very much. It answered some questions that had been swirling in my mind without a clear idea of who to ask or even how to phrase them. For example, it was so reassuring to hear the percentages of people in each soul age as well as the shifts over time between them. A second example is around the “cleanup” we still have to do from earlier lifetimes – I had been wondering why, if we are in fact making progress in the world overall, is there still so much of what he calls a “depressing stew.” I also very much appreciated the overall tone of the post, which was not doom and gloom but encouraged a viewpoint of curiosity and openness. This is sometimes very hard to achieve, both in terms of my everyday life and when looking at the broader world.

Since I’m taking the time to write, I also wanted to let you know that I’ve been reading your monthly forecasts for about three years, and I am so grateful for them. They really help me keep a “don’t know mind” and stay out of narrow focus on my own worries and woes. I’m definitely in a place of deep growth and shifting patterns, and the tools for reflection that you provide have been enormously beneficial. (I’m not in a position financially to take advantage of all the tools and supports – so extra thanks for the free offerings!) I look forward to continuing to read your posts and learn from you!”

I just finished reading Encounters with Power and I just wanted to say thank you to Jose for writing such a wonderfully kind, insightful and inspirational book. It was a great help for me as I work to integrate the experiences I had on a recent retreat with a shipibo shaman that brought to fore a lot of difficult repressed childhood trauma. Please pass along my sincere gratitude for the help he has given me through the stories of his experiences.
