Dave McCormack

Dave McCormack brings more than four decades of experience in business leadership, entrepreneurship, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized organizations, and entrepreneurial ventures, holding executive leadership roles across management, sales, marketing, operations, and strategic growth.

Today, Dave works with leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations seeking to navigate change, align purpose with performance, and create sustainable success. Drawing on extensive experience in business strategy and human development, he helps clients cultivate clarity, resilience, and meaningful growth in an increasingly complex world.

Alongside his business career, Dave has spent years immersed in the study and practice of indigenous wisdom traditions, training with teachers in Peru, Mexico, Ireland and Hawaii. He completed both the Shamanic Studies Program and Advanced Practitioner Training through The Power Path School of Shamanism, a year long study in Celtic Shamanism and serves as a board member and treasurer of the Society for Shamanic Practice.

Since beginning his shamanic path in 2011, Dave has focused on bridging practical leadership with deeper wisdom, helping individuals and organizations move beyond conventional approaches to transformation. His work integrates strategic thinking, conscious leadership, and ancient wisdom practices to support authentic alignment, innovation, and purposeful action.
