but WOW the ocean waves remind me of the last time I played at the meeting space

of wave and sand…POWERFUL to HEAR while Navigating our energetic moving 

meditation!

I interpret the push/pull with the wave action…transforming! allowing the pull of the wave 

to ‘take into the deep’ all that which is no longer necessary for creating my best future

self wave by wave, step by step…!

Also, thank you and wider shamanic group for all you offered to us this past year,

and including the frequent ceremonies to address specific energies so that we 

are all supported in this transformation.”
