The pope resigns, a different pope arises, a meteor falls from the sky as an asteroid whizzes past, the United States goes off the fiscal cliff and loses the ability to govern effectively, icons fall fast, and many other crazy events have taken place in an extremely short period of time. Everybody laughed when the world didn’t end after the winter solstice but now it is maybe not so funny. Something is happening at an accelerated pace and no one knows what is next. Welcome to the new paradigm, the shift in frequency upward, the enforced transformation that parallels the enforced sequestration. Like it or not world change is here and powerfully accelerating. This is only the dim beginning of an earthshaking series of changes that are inexorably barreling toward us. And it’s all good whether you think so or not. As the frequency rises, your own frequency

can rise too helping you to come into harmony and resonance with the changes. However, if as the frequency rises, you don’t raise your own frequency, then you go out of harmony, go out of resonance with change and you will feel seriously out of sorts. Things will not go well for you because you are functioning similar to a car with the tires way out of balance, the steering askew, and the engine badly in need of a tune up. That does not feel good. On the other hand you may feel inexplicably great if you are raising your frequency to meet the times. How does one do that? Well here are a several corny ways that work. It is very easy.

Every day several times a day engage in several minutes of gratitude for anything you can think of. The important thing is the emotion you feel as you experience gratitude. Do your best to make it as strong as possible, not just a perfunctory exercise to get over with.

Think of someone or something you love often and feel the emotion of that.

Think of the infinite vastness of space or the universe and recognize how you cannot possible understand it all. There are many grand mysteries to contemplate leaving you in a state of awe.

Pick one of the many names for the Creator: God, Allah, Tao, All that is, Source, Spirit, Supreme Being and so on. Repeat this name over and over like a mantra for several minutes. It will raise your frequency rapidly. If you choose you can pick out a great saint or master and repeat their name over and over and this will accomplish the same thing. The name of a high frequency being carries their frequency to you.

Repeat the phrase “I Am” and phrases like it such as “I Am light, I Am filled with Love” and so on. This will raise your frequency.

Say the phrase, “Word, I am Word” frequently and see what happens.

Do the Inner Smile, an ancient Taoist chi gong exercise. Stand or sit with eyes almost closed and put a gentle smile on your face. Imagine that there is much bigger smile on the inside and think about the world situation. Focus on all the challenges, difficulties, wars, poverty, indifferences, ugliness and smile away with each one. Smile at your family, friends, and work. Do not let the smile leave your face. End by smiling and focusing on yourself.

Now you have no more excuses for letting your frequency drop into the abyss.
