We explore and practice healing techniques from a variety of traditions, including South American and Toltec. We cover shamanic practices to support your immune system and keep your energy whole and balanced throughout the day. And we teach you what can be done in the moment when minor accidents happen to calm the body and release trauma.
This approximately 80 minute course was adapted from the recording of our live webinar in the summer of 2023 and is chock full of fantastic, useful information, techniques and processes for keeping yourself and your family in good, healthy shape.
