Shamanic Practitioners
All the shamanic practitioners listed on this page have completed a one or two year studies program with the Power Path as well as our basic practitioners trainings. Practitioners who are noted as advanced practitioners have completed an advanced training requiring a deeper commitment of further prerequisites both with the Shipibo in Peru and the Huichol in Mexico. The Power Path does not personally recommend or endorse any one practitioner over another or participate in any scheduling or financial arrangements. We would, however, like to hear if you have any issues with any one of the practitioners listed on this page.

Tammy Mabra – Dallas, TX
Tammy’s healing practice is steeped in indigenous wisdom traditions, mindfulness, visual arts, astrology and psychology. She has studied with indigenous healing practitioners including Toltec and Q’uero, with deepest experience in Huichol and Shipibo healing traditions. Tammy has completed the Power Path’s 2 year Shamanic Studies program and subsequent Level 1 and 2 practitioner trainings. As a shamanic practitioner, and with a background in yoga and postpartum support, she specializes in clearing trauma, working through attachment, and supporting a reconnection to the essential self with the intention for physical, emotional and mental well-being. Tammy has completed the Power Path practitioner’s specialized training on Death and Dying, assisting those in the process of transition as well as supporting the family structure and those left behind. She has also completed the Power Path practitioners specialized training on providing ceremonial, ritual, celebration and transition events for important events and life transitions including endings, beginnings, birth, death, coming of age, major life changes, marriages, separations and more.Tammy is available for in person and remote shamanic healing sessions in the Austin and Dallas TX areas.

Jean McKinney – Santa Fe, NM
Jean McKinney’s background as a Nurse Practitioner and training as a Power Path Shamanic Practitioner combines modern healthcare knowledge and ancient healing techniques to support wellness in her clients. She has studied for over 18 years with The Power Path School of Shamanism including the Level 1 practitioner training. She is also a Healing Touch and Reconnective Therapy practitioner. Jean brings insight and empathy to the sessions to support positive change and wholeness in mind, body and spirit.
